Thanks for stopping by, we're so happy you’re here. This little space on the internet was created to serve as a source of inspiration in all aspects of the word. Here you’ll find LUMIN'S curation of coffee, lifestyle, travel and nurturing of the strong community we proudly reside in (and all the other things that make life so lovely).
LUMIN values sustainability and ethically produced coffee with a focus on serving Fair Trade coffee. What keeps us going are the relationships we build with coffee farmers and millers. We offer a range of blends and seasonally changing micro lot coffees. With our roasting house just blocks away from the coffeehouse, we can insure the best quality of product.
We’re proud to be part of the small but powerful community that lies in the North East corner of Oregon - Baker City. This small town is where our founder was raised and where many family generations before her lived. Bringing LUMIN back to Baker City was an easy decision, there was no better place to cultivate relationships and share our love of hand crafted, artisan products.

LUMIN'S philosophy is all about connecting - we are committed to providing quality service and products to our customers and are dedicated to serving and giving back to our community.
As an authentic, passionate and optimistic company, this is a place where community members can feel at home and be part of a bigger family. While spending time at the coffeehouse, they can always expect to get quality service and more importantly be treated as a friend. This is important because we are woven into the fabric of this community and want to create a place where people always feel welcome and know that there is always room for them in our house.
